Yoga Nidra — known as "yogic sleep" — is one of the most deeply restorative practices you can experience.

Combined with a powerful cord cutting visualization, this session will guide you into a state of conscious deep rest where you can gently release what no longer serves you and reclaim your energy.

The best part? You don't need any yoga experience or flexibility. All you need to do is lie down, close your eyes, and let yourself be guided.

Mats, bolsters and blankets are provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
