Have you completed Reiki Level 1 and feel called to reconnect with your practice?

This beautiful refresher workshop is designed to help you rebuild confidence, deepen your connection to Reiki energy, and return to the foundations with renewed clarity and trust.

Together we will revisit:

*The history and principles of Reiki
*Reiki hand positions for self-treatment and treating others
*Guided self-Reiki practice
*Giving and receiving Reiki in partner exchanges
*Intuitive awareness and trusting your practice
* Grounding, energetic self-care & daily Reiki rituals
* A Reiki re-attunement / energetic reconnection

This workshop is perfect if you:

*Haven’t practiced Reiki in a while
*Would like to strengthen your confidence
*Feel called to reconnect with Reiki energy
*Are preparing to continue onto Reiki Level 2
