• Perfect for anyone feeling drawn to chakra and energy work, and wanting to build and deepen their confidence in what they feel, sense, and receive.
  
  Each session includes a guided meditation and exploring different ways of working with energy, including hands-on practices using tools such as pendulums and crystals as well as giving and receiving guidance through energy work and intuitive exercises.
  
  Feel free to bring a journal and a yoga mat or towel if you prefer to lie down during meditation.
